Design System Library
The existing design system for a web portal was quickly becoming outdated in its design and functionality, as well as lacking scalability. Taking the initiative, I worked to create a modern look and feel for all of the elements and components while considering future cases to improve its scalability, reducing the need to patch the system.
In-app Survey
Clients were looking for a way to configure customizable surveys in order to get feedback from their mobile app users. Using my experience designing user-friendly forms, I designed a UI that allowed for tailored surveys that were easy to customize and get feedback from more than 2,000 users.
Settlement Platform
Collaborating with a Fortune 500 financial institution, P97 Networks, Inc. (now PDI Technologies) sought to create a web-based UI to help settle transactions that used offers created by vendors and retailers. With only a two-month timeframe to launch this project, I worked quickly to design a user-friendly UI within 3 weeks that guided users through sometimes very complicated processes within 8 minutes, and allowed 1 extra week for development.

A healthcare provider was looking for a website to inform and assist new and current patients. I led the development of the site by providing design and technical consultations to the designers to create a responsive and functional site.
Fine Desserts Site
A small local dessert business quickly found initial success and needed to have a site for patrons to purchase their sweets. I let the development of the site providing technical support and best practices to designers to create a UI that helped increase their customer base by 15%.

High-end Restaurant Site
The owner of a high-end steakhouse was looking to update the look and feel of their existing website. Drawing inspiration from the look and feel of their restaurants and menu items, I designed and developed a website that reflected the fine dining experience their patrons could expect to enjoy increasing their reservations by 32%.
